Cooling the Fire Meditation
The fiery planet Mars is going to get many of us wound up this month and in the coming months. I chose this meditation because it helps work through an issue that causes you anger. Whether you listen to it right after an angry episode or you listen to it when you’re feeling relatively calm and untriggered, it’s a powerful reminder that it’s we who need to do the work on ourselves to shift this kind of stuff. I’ve used binaural beats instead of music this month. It’s less beautiful in some ways but it actually boosts the power of the information you’re hearing. As usual, listen with headphones of earbuds if you can.
